Beautiful vintage jewellery box with a pretty scenic print within the lid. This features a lake with hovering Dragonflies. Lovely soft black felt linings to the interior and base.

This is a beautiful vintage jewellery box. It dates to the 1980s/90s and is in very good condition.
The Exterior
This box is made of solid wood and has a beautiful inset print within the lid. This features a lake with beautiful hovering Dragonflies and Bulrushes. There is a solid glass panel on top of the print, protecting it from becoming stained or scratched.
The lid has a stylish stepped design and there is beautiful curvature to the sides of the box. There is also pretty beading detail to the edges around the base of the box.
The wood has a lovely warm dark stain and the bottom of the box has a black felt covering. This will protect the surfaces of your furniture.
The Interior
The interior has a single large storage compartment which is lined with soft black felt. The inside of the lid is lined with the same.
Condition
This beautiful box is in excellent condition. It has sound structure and no damage.
The interior felt linings are still in very good condition. They are clean, neatly fitted, and have no splits or fraying. There is minor wear/fading to the edges of the felt on the bottom of the box.
