A beautiful vintage jewellery box, made in Sweden in the 1970s. Mottled powder blue faux leather finish. The interior has multiple storage compartments and a ring storage section.

This is a beautiful vintage jewellery box with multiple compartments and a ring storage section. It was made in Sweden in the 1970s and is in very good condition for its age.
The Exterior
This box has a lovely faux leather vinyl finish which is a beautiful mottled/marbled powder blue colour. The vinyl to the lid is nicely finished with a very decorative embossed gold frame. This decoration is also to the front and left/right sides.
The box has its original polished gold metal clasp/lock and key. The clasp, once unlocked, releases easily by pushing the button on its underside.
The box is complete with its original hinges which are still in excellent working order.
The Designer
This box was manufactured by Design Philipp, a Swedish company that is renowned for their beautiful faux leather jewellery boxes. Their gold embossed stamp is on the bottom of the box.
The Interior
The interior has multiple storage compartments of various shapes and sizes. These are perfect for keeping different types of jewellery separate, e.g, silver and gold, rings and earrings, chains/necklaces, small and large pieces.
The top of the interior has a removable tray with three compartments and a ring storage section. Beneath this are two further larger compartments.
All of the compartments have their original soft blue felt linings.
Condition
This box is in very good condition for its age. It has sound structure and very little wear to the vinyl which is in remarkably clean condition. There is a tiny amount of wear to the corners of the box and to the left of the right hinge.
There are some marks to the interior felt linings from previous jewellery storage.

The ring storage section holds up to 12 rings depending on their shapes/sizes.

International postage is £30 by Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed For postage. Delivery is fast, within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Delivery may be longer depending on the speed of your local postal service and/or if your package has to go through customs. Please note that we cannot deliver to international PO boxes as we use a secure insured postal service that requires a signature.
