A stylish Italian vintage faux suede jewellery box with two compartments and two ring storage sections. The box is complete with its original working lock and key. Circa 1970s/80s.

This is a stylish Italian vintage faux suede jewellery box, complete with its original working lock and key. It dates to the 1970s/80s and is in great condition for its age.
The Exterior
This box has a lovely faux pastel grey suede finish with beautifully contrasting faux beige leather edges. There is a beautiful large polished gold metal escutcheon to the keyhole and a gold metal horse and carriage logo to the lid - NOT the Hermes logo.
The box is complete with its original piano hinge and original working lock and key.
The bottom of the box is stamped MADE IN ITALY.
The Interior
The interior has a removable storage tray at the top which has one compartment and two ring storage sections. Beneath the tray is a further, larger single compartment. The compartments and ring storage sections have faux beige suede linings and the tray's exterior has a faux pastel grey suede finish.
Condition
This stylish box is still in great condition despite its 40-50 years of age. It has sound structure and no damage.
The interior linings are neatly fitted and have no splits or fraying. The interior and exterior faux suede has some minor wear and discolouration.
The lock and hinges are still in very good working order. The key securely locks the box.

International postage is £30 by Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed For postage. Delivery is fast, within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Please note that we cannot deliver to international PO boxes as we use a secure insured postal service that requires a signature.
