Beautiful antique stamp box from the Victorian period. Made of solid Mahogany and with very pretty transfer printed decoration to the lid. The interior has three lovely curved storage sections for stamps.

This is a beautiful antique stamp box dating to the Victorian period.
The Exterior
This wonderful old stamp box is made from solid Mahogany wood. The lid has beautiful transfer printed decoration which features very pretty swags, a bow and flowers.
The box is complete with its original brass hinges and covering to the bottom.
The Interior
The interior compartment has three beautifully curved stamp storage sections.
Condition
This box is in good condition for its age. It has sound structure and no splits or cracks.
There is some surface wear to the Mahogany and some minor light wear to the transfer printed decoration on the lid. Please view the photos provided.
The hinges are still in very good working order.
