PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information we collect from our customers is completely confidential to The Old Jewellery Box Shop only.  You can have peace of mind that it is never given to or shared with any other individual or company.

The only personal information we collect from our customers is the information you provide us with on the customer/client order forms and/or the information from  notifications of payments received which are sent to us by Paypal if you have used Paypal as your payment method.  This information contains your name, address, email address, and telephone number (if given).  We do not have access to credit or debit card numbers/details if you make a card payment through Paypal.

Your personal information is used soley for the purpose of dispatching your order or for contacting you about your order.  I.E - Your name & address are used for addressing the packets we send your order/s in, and your email address & telephone number (if given) are used for contacting you about when your order has been sent/will be sent, or if there are any problems with your order.  We will never use your information for anything else.

Once your order has been received, we write down your contact details so that we can dispatch your order & inform you about its delivery.  We then delete your customer/client order form.  All order forms & notifications of payments received are deleted as soon as possible, almost always within 24 hours of receiving them. Your information will never be stored permanently.  Our computer system is only ever used by ourselves & we have an anti virus/anti spyware programme permanently operating on our system for security.  This programme is updated constantly.  You can be sure that our customers personal information is being safe guarded on our system until it is deleted.
